Join Chef Virginia Demarest who will give you the knowledge, recipes, and confidence to conquer nature's bounty in your own kitchen. Chef Virginia will teach you how to clean and prepare chanterelle mushrooms to create a chanterelle Bordelaise and a Wild Rice and Mushroom Salad with Pickled chanterells. The Gentleman Forager, Mike Kempenich will also be there to share his tips on finding and harvesting the this delicious mushroom!
