Hey there, morel hunter! Before you grab your ticket and start dreaming about golden fungi, here are a few things to know: π§οΈ Rain or Shine β Morels Love the Rain, and So Will You! Letβs be realβif we only foraged on sunny days, weβd all be eating grocery store mushrooms. The Black Morel Hootenanny happens no matter what the weather throws at usβbecause morels donβt take rain checks, and neither do we! Pack a raincoat, some good boots, and a sense of adventure. π« No Refunds β But You Can Pass Your Ticket to a Fellow Fun-Guy (or Gal)! We totally get that life happens. While we canβt offer refunds, itβs not because we donβt love youβitβs because planning an event like this takes serious work, from booking shuttles to coordinating chefs and securing locations. That means every ticket sold helps make the event possible. However, if you canβt make it, youβre more than welcome to transfer your ticket to a friend. Just let us know so we donβt think some random person is stealing your morels. π₯Ύ Nature is Not a Sidewalk Foraging means walking through real, wild terrainβthink uneven ground, the occasional mud patch, and possibly a few rogue twigs trying to trip you.
