Mike Kempenich, AKA The Gentleman Forager, has taught wild mushroom identification certification classes at both the University of Minnesota and the University of Wisconsin. With more than 40 years of foraging experience, and his entertaining style, he will leave you excited to apply your new knowledge for success in the woods!
