Privacy Policy
Gentleman Forager uses personal information to run our website, respond to you, fulfill orders, organize events, and provide online courses. This policy explains what information is involved and how to contact us about it.
Information you provide
When you contact us, join our email list, make a purchase, or register for an event, we receive the information you provide. This can include your name, email, phone number, shipping address, order details, interests, and messages. Wholesale inquiries can also include your business name, location, and purchasing needs. We use your phone number to help with order or delivery issues.
For online courses, your Wix member account connects you with your purchased access. We save completed lessons and your last visited lesson or page so you can pick up where you left off.
Services that help us operate
Our website uses Wix. Payment services process purchases, and fulfillment and shipping partners receive the order and delivery details needed to complete them. Mycological helps fulfill applicable orders. We also use service providers to manage website features, communications, and course access.
Cookies and analytics
Our website includes Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Microsoft Clarity. These tools can collect device and browser information, online identifiers, pages visited, and interactions such as clicks and scrolling. Clarity can use heatmaps and session replays to show how visitors use the website. These tools support website analytics, usability improvements, and advertising measurement. Google’s and Microsoft’s privacy information explains their data handling, including advertising uses.
Cookies and similar technologies support site features and analytics. You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings, although that may affect sign-in, shopping, or other features.
