Join us in celebrating the rich flavors of Gentleman Forager's wild ingredients, including an array of wild mushrooms, vibrant greens, juicy berries, and even foraged rice. In this first class in a series, join The Gentleman Forager, Mike Kempenich, as he shares tips on finding and harvesting Pleurotus Ostreatus (oyster mushrooms) and Grifola Frondosa (maitake mushrooms). Then, Chef Virginia Demarest will teach you how to clean and prepare these mushrooms to create a versatile mushroom ragu and a delightful soft scramble.
