About the Event

Join Gentleman Forager, Mike Kempenich and Chick of the Woods Jaime Rockney for a spectacular, wild themed, 5-course dinner in a private dining setting.. Tickets are $90 with a limited selection of cocktails, Beer and Wine available. This a fun way to meet new people, hear about Chef Taylors cooking Techniques and methods, and learn more about where the food we eat comes from. Cocktail hour begins at 6PM with musical guest JB and The High Summer Special, featuring special guest Karen Kozak of Useful Jenkins. Dinner begins about 7PM. 

Chef Taylor's menu for March is as follows;

1st Course ~ Candy cap infused chevre, fig, Caramelized Spring onions, gluten free crisp

2nd Course ~ Rosemary and porcini crusted beef tenderloin lollipops with smoked tomato jam

3ed Course ~ Honeyberry, black walnut and baby kale salad with tempura spring onions and a honey (local) vinaigrette

4th Course ~ Blackened Arctic Char, asparagus, watercress, lion’s mane succotash w/ local northern white bean and

roasted sweet pepper puree

5th Course ~ Blood orange crème brulée, vanilla mousse, black walnut whipped cream in a pastry shell
