About the event

We are delighted to extend a warm invitation to our upcoming 5-course Dinner in the Wild party, where spectacular food, great company, and exceptional beers come together for an unforgettable evening! Award winning Chef Virginia Demerest and the rest of the Gentleman Forager crew will be serving 5 wild-inspired courses, expertly paired with 4 of Nine Mile Brewing's awesome beers. With some talk of where these unique ingredients are found or foraged, you are in for a memorable night of food and drink.

Amuse:  First Fabolous Bite Morel Mushroom, Bordelaise Sauce, Pancetta, Blue Cheese

First Course:  Foragers Salad Wild Minnesota Greens, Wild Minnesota Berries, Toasted Wild Black Walnuts, Slivered Shallots, Aged Sherry Vinaigrette  Second Course:  Chanterelle Shrimp Creamy Wild Seabean Grits, Roasted Minnesota Chanterelles, Beer Blanc Sauce  

Third Course:  Duck Confit Warm Minnesota Hand-Harvested Wild Rice, Wild Foraged Minnesota Mushrooms, Bacon Lardons, Caramelized Figs, Hearty Herbs  Fourth Course: Camel Tenderloin Hearty Beer Stew with Wild Foraged Minnesota Mushrooms and Creamer Potatoes  

Fifth Course:  A Sweet Ending Candycap Mushroom Gooey Butter Cake with Wild Berry Compote with Chaga Mushroom Coffee
