About the Event

Acclaimed French chef Patrick Atanalian will be creating an incredible 6-course menu featuring (in part) morel mushrooms, along with four pairings. Seating is very limited-- reserve your place at the table now!

  • Petite croque monsieur tartine with pistachio mortadella and morel harissa béchamel
  • Morel Mahi-mahi ceviche, grilled watermelon, avocado creme brûlée mousse, and yuzu chipotle paint
  • Morel panisse, roasted spring vegetables, and lobster aioli
  • Morel-crusted pork tenderloin, cantaloupe salsa, clam and spruce tree reduction
  • Grilled white asparagus, sweet corn hummus emulsion, shishito peppers, morels, coffee puffed wild rice
  • Orange olive oil cake, basil crémeux, black olive crémeux, pastis crémeux, raspberry morel meringue, and tomato syrup
