Using only the freshest ingredients, many of which are hand-harvested by our own Gentleman Forager team. Our talented group of award-winning chefs then take these ingredients and create delicious, visually stunning dishes that are sure to impress. Whether you prefer meat, fish, and poultry proteins, vegan, vegetarian, or gluten-free options, we’ve got you covered. At Gentleman Forager, we bring a decade of expertise in creating unforgettable food experiences. With our signature event, “Wild Food Fandango,” drawing in over 1,000 guests and top chefs each year, we have proven our ability to craft unique and enjoyable culinary events.

Casual to Elevated

Gentleman Forager EATS can be as casual as our spectacular bulgogi burgers (Say that 3 times, fast!), forager’s fried rice, or vegetarian Shawarma, or as refined and elevated as your budget might allow, including providing private settings in the field or forest to add another level of distinction to your dinner or event.

Gentleman Forager EATS strives for zero waste. We use recyclable, compostable, and reusable materials in our catering operations.

What we can make available for your special event:

  • More than 30 species of wild foraged and organically certified mushrooms 
  • Wild foraged greens and locally grown specialty produce
  • Hand-harvested/hand-parched wild rice and black walnuts
  • More than 15 varieties of wild foraged and cultivated specialty berries
  • Local maple syrups, jams and jellies
  • Locally raised specialty beef, pork, chicken, rabbit and pheasant.
